Question SUrface rust between master cylinder and brake booster??

I left my master cylinder loosened from the brake booster a few days. unfortunately it rained ( hood was closed) and it appears some surface rust got onto the brake booster area that goes into the master cylinder when they are bolted together. is this something to be concerned about? if so how would I go about cleaning it off? thanks.. also if anyone knows the torque specs for the master cylinder bolts.
