steering problems???

Exclamation steering problems???

I been having problems when i turn my wheel to the right all the way or turn a corner to the right really fast.. Its like a whinning noise that comes out after the turn.. it doesnt happen to the left.. i have checked the alignment and its fine.. the tie rods have been changed. i dont know what it can be..

Whining noises are usually caused by the power steering pump. When was the last time the fluid was changed?

my fluid was changed i think around 37000 i now have 59500
