K-Member Problem

This is rather confusing for me, but let me explain

Long story short, i hit a nice dip in the road and ended up bending my A-arms, and now i guess the K-member

My wheels sit (after new a-arms and alignment, failed i must add) like this:
/ \ when looking at the front of the car.

I believe my only option now is to fix a bent K-member and possibly frame. After thinking about the situation for a while i decided that only two area could have given for the wheels to end up looking like that. The shock towers would have had to come closer together, which would pull the fenders together too, which would be obvious by the gap between them and the hood which didn't happen. The other option is the K-member would have been bent outwards (flattening)

My questions are...
1) Where can I obtain an assembly manual with specifications and dimensions so that i can measure to see what exactly is bent?
2) BMR's K-member says it cannot be used with shorty headers... so do i have any other options as far as aftermarket units that I CAN use with shorty headers? (mine are hooker 1 5/8 jet hot coated)

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Spohn, UMI and PA Racing also make aftermarket k-members.
