How to break loose tie rod ends?

I want to do some minor adjustment on my tie rods. I was wondering if anyone has some tips on breaking the locking nut loose? It is a very rusted piece and I have nothing to grab onto when doing it. I remember trying pb blaster, liquid wrench, propane, etc last time and i could have probably gotten it loose but I had nothing to grab onto to keep the tie rod stationary.

as long as u remember to remove the cotter pin first, sometimes u dont seem them covered in grease and forget all about them,

if u need to keep the tie rod stationary ask someone to hold the steering wheel, or lock the steering wheel with the key in the lock position

liquid wrench should take care of any rust that gets past the excessive grease on those tie rods

The shaft connecting the outer tie rod and the inner has a flat section in it.

I used a big Crescent wrench to hold it in place while I grunted on the lock nut.
