Good Start?

So I just ordered a set of KYB AGX shocks to replace the stock decarbons that have 114k on them, a set of UMI boxed SFC's, and a chromo Shock Tower Brace. Figure this should be a good start for an all around good ride.

Also bought a lisle 62300 spring compressor so I dont have to worry as much about the spring becoming a projectile.

Question is where should I go from here? Also I've read a lot about polyeurethane(sp?), and how thats a bad choice for lca's if handling is your goal. However, is there any drawback to using poly bushings in an adjustable panhard rod?

Poly bushings are ok in a phb, rod ends are better if you don't mind spending the extra money.
Where you should go from here IMO is cancel the STB and upgrade your swaybars.

Well I already ordered the stb so it's going to go on. Will the 35/22mm swaybar set from strano make that big of a difference? As far as the phb, I'd have no problem going with rod ends but my car does see quite a few miles 350+ a week, would I have to change them out every 6 months?

The front will. I can't say about the rear, I haven't tried it.

If you get a phb with quality rod ends, no. Rod ends on the phb don't have the noise issues that rod ends on LCAs do. I got my phb from http://www.unbalancedengineering.com/, good quality at a good price.

Yeah, Strano is where I ordered the shocks, sfc, stb from. He called me to verify some things and he is just as nice and easy to deal with as everyone says.

what did he say about the STB? I would think he would tell you to get sway bars before one of those things.

They really dont do much, i have one and since ive been working on the car so much i dont even run it. Its just one more thing in the dam engine bay.

He really didnt mention anything about it. I take it the sway bars will make a huge difference since everyone keeps mentioning them?

A stiffer front swaybar is the most worthwhile suspension mod IMO
