i have a stock 1995 camaro with a V6 3.8L. i dont think the e-brake works. if i'm going about 30 mph and i pull it, noting really happens except my speed decreases 2 or 3 mph. i thought an e-brake was suppose to lock up the back tires or have more of an effect then that. what would need to be fixed and about how much? please reply if you have any guesses. thanx
