I had e-brake set car was parked and
towed.Now when I set the e-brake handle
goes all the way up.If I park in driveway
or slight grade car does not stop by only
e-brake.Is one of the three cables streched
or do I need my rear brakes adjusted?

you probably need pads.

 

That is what I thought,my rear pads
were going out anyways so i changed
them thinking this correct the problem,
but no luck.

 

check the springs on the handle inside the console
