If you lube them correctly with the right grease, they will not squeak. I put in the ES Master Set about 8 years ago, and there's still no noises in any of the ones that are still left (several deleted when rod-end components were added).

ES includes little tubs of white grease with the Master Set. Make sure you use it all up. You can buy it separately too.

Re: Do poly bushings squeak alot ?

I had a set of poly bushings put on my former 91 Corvette. Handled great, but squeaked alot. About every six weeks I would need to squirt some penetrating Graphite Spray on them. I had a mechanic do the conversion for me on that car, and maybe he didn't used a good enough grease, they supposedly had graphite built in

Got all the rear part of the kit in, gives a nice tight feel to the ride, minimal road noise. Will skip the torque arm mount, front end in a few weeks...

Got a Hotchkis TVS in the wife's truck, and the bushings need to be greased every 4 weeks. Might have to do with corrosive salt air in Hawaii, but the handling difference is night and day.

Agree with Injuneer, when properly lubed, they shouldn't squeek. I got stingy when applying the small packets of grease and didn't use it all. The car groaned and squeeked alot. I bought a tube of poly grease and lubed them very well and haven't had any noise since.

If it makes you feel better, we have the second highest cost of living, and the 48th average wages. Not to mention we have a tax for everything.......Peoples Republik of Hawaii.

I did the front and rear sway bar bushings and endlinks and it made a tremendous difference!! The first time I took the car around a sharp curve I thought it was going to tip over! Felt like an SUV. No it stay almost perfectly flat around the curves with no body movement to speak of.
