Brake bleeding procedure

Okay I know how to bleed brakes(very easy). But I was wondering if I should start on the wheels farthest from the master or just bleed the abs and then do the wheels. I did have my abs removed and was wondering what would be the best way to bleed both.

Thanks Mark Tisdale

BTW my 355 is running and tuned and is bad assss!
