War Engine

Have a 94 z28 but horn only works in one spot on steering wheel after you press it 20 times, I would like to remove cover and try to fix it but cant find any information on how to do it wihout friggen somthing up anyone h know anything about this procedure. Thanks. Ok figured it out on my own. Unhooked battery 4 allen bolts on back of cover. Turns out old plastic is just stiff you got to push hard for it to work
