bilstein shock question

bilstein shock question

i heard that bilstein shocks would hurt you on the strip. is that true because i need new shocks and i was looking into that bilstein ultra kit from slp. i daily drive and usally drag the car but never autocross it. can anybody help me out with what i should do. i don't want ajustable's either. run what you brung deal. if anyone could help me out that would be great. thanks

i wouldn't go as far as saying they will "hurt" you at the track. softer springs will be better for launching, but that also has a lot to do with the spring.

you should do fine with them. you could always buy the bilstein fronts and put some drag shocks in the rear.
