Frame damage???

Frame damage???

i was talking 2 a guy at slp and he told me that when u weld in sub frame connectors u are damaging the frame, and if u go 2 sell ur car or get in a wreck, it is considered totaled because of the subframe connectors. has any one else herd of this, or experianced this problem??
