Baer Sport Kit replacement rotors???

Does anyone know if a C4 Corvette rotor will work in place of the Baer Sport Kit Rotor? I believe the Baer rotor size is 12" x 1.1". Thanks for your help.

I think you mean the Baer Track kit. If so, then yes but it depends on which kit you have. Baer makes both a 12" and 13" track kit. The 13" C4 rotor should fit the 13" Track kit as that's all the Track kit really is: the ZR1/Grandsport/J55 front C4 brakes. If you have the 12" Track kit, then it is equivalent to the 12" C4 brake setup (same setup, just smaller rotors).

It might be the track kit, but i thought when i got it, several years ago, it was called the sport kit. Anyway, it's the one with 12" rotor. What i was looking for is, if a stock C4 Corvette rotor would work. I called Baer the other day to see how much a replacement Baer rotor was and they run $155 each. Just wanted to see if there was a cheaper replacement out there. Thanks.

Yes, it's still called the sport kit. I've been told that it uses rotors that are unique in dimensions. Apparently they are the same width as Vette rotors but smaller in diameter. But I'm not 100% positive about that.
Maybe you can get a better price on the rotors in a Group Purchase. There are 2 GPs for Baer going on right now.
