bad subframe connector problem

ok I got my car back a few days ago and the guy at the shop used angle iron instead of the square kit he supposedly bought. Now the question is what should I do? The angle iron looks like crap and I dont know if I should take it off and buy a kit and weld it in myself or what here. I am planning on running a 355 TPI down the road with like 3.73 gears and whatnot. I dont think the angle iron junk is going to work but, it looks like he welded them in pretty good. One last thing I had to go back a second time to get them welded better so I am not going back anymore to him so I have to do all the rest of the work myself. so please help me you here with any ideas. I have even been thinking about selling the car.... thanks for the time.

The best thing to do at this point might be to have a matching set of angle irons cut, so you could weld them in and make a "box" out of what is already there.

Thanks for the time first off. When I went back there to have them welded better he welded a piece of metal on the angle iron that now makes it a triangle sort of speak.
