I ended up going with Strange directly. It did cost me more but I got it in 2 weeks and the customer service was great. I know you dont here that about them very often but its true in this case. It may have been because of this whole situation with cssi. Anyway I just put it in the car last night. This thing is HUGE. I hope to test drive it tomorrow.

Has anyone been able to contact cssi lately? Been trying for a while, and they have not logged in the forum in nearly a month.

I did get a refund/credit on my CC. It took 3 months but I got it. I no he is not answering your calls but I am curious if he is still taking orders from other people. My bet is yes and he is going to use that money to send refunds to people who are bitching. Sounds like a viscous cycle.
Roxy how do you like your S60? Mine is doing fine so far. But I still have alot of miles before I can beat on it.

Good luck bombebomb

I don't know, he hasn't been online in over a month, nor has he answered any emails.

Looks like I'll have to sell the parts I was making for him else where to get my money back.

I think hes going bankrupt, just my opinion. His toll free # is ALWAYS busy to which is odd, I mean always 24/7.
