For those curious, Strange still claims they have not heard anything from Josh and our orders are still on hold untill payment is made. Strange told me they would sell it to me direct since josh is not helping but I need to get a refund first. Josh will not answer the phone when I call so I cant even get a refund. I guess my Credit Card co is going to have to handle it. I am turning this over to them tomorrow. I have done all I can.

I know alot of people like Josh and he seems very nice but the more I deal with him the less I trust him.

>I would like to hear the other side of this story, but I think your right by contacting your credit card company and letting them handle this.

I also hope that the gurus at CZ28.com who are in charge of advertising get involved in this too... after all we are trusting the vendors since they advertise on here.

Just posting in here to let people know we aren't "ignoring" the issue... Quick summary of what happened... Place orders said we were sending a cashiers check out... after 4 weeks check up and they never recieved cashiers check and never let us knew (not blaming them). Have/had to go to the bank cancel cashiers check and track it to make sure it hasn't been cashed. Then once that check is taken care of everything will be good. Refunds have been offered through PM/emails, and yes our phones are hard to reach us on, won't deny that.....

I will let everyone know when I get the refund. And your phones must be hard to use also. you have told me 4 times in the past week that you would call me with info.

We have been keeping an eye on this for a while now and sent CSSI a PM when this thread was created. I am sure CSSI will make good on the refunds. To those who are involved, please keep the thread updated.

I messaged CSSI on Saturday if they couldn't get me confirmation that Strange had processed my order or a refund within a week I would be going to the bank and letting the fraud department deal with it. Here it is Wednesday and no word on anything so far.

Wow......This is a shame.

Sorry to everyone. The money order story sounds like sh*t to me........if it was lost then go to the bank and cancel it and get another one, no big deal.

I had to do the same thing in Aug 07. So, if any of you are on the fence dispute it now. After I disputed the charges I got a refund. Guys keep on it!

These guys jerked me around on some suspension parts. I really don't know if anyone really recieves parts.

I put in a fraud claim at my bank yesterday. I haven't heard anything from CSSI in 2 weeks and I've tried contacting them multiple times.

I'm glad I didn't use them for my rear end.
