where does one go to LEGALLY dump old radiator fluid?

i used to work for pepboys and we had a huge drum for oil AND a huge drum for anti freeze. just walk up to one of the shop guys and tell them you wanna dump you stuff out. dont even talk to the manager... most guys are nice in the shop

I typically save the oil containers from the change I just did, then carefully pour the old oil into them. After that, throw them in with the regular trash...
