I talked to the guy at the tranny shop here in town, and he said he wanted to get more business driving up to his store from Jax. He worked in Jax tranny shops for many years.
someone on my other board posted thier shifts were loose, and mentioned it to him.
He offered to put in a shift kit at his cost, and the labor is for free, just to get some good word-of-mouth advertising for his shop.
it's first come, first serve, so whoever calls first gets the deal.
L&D Tranny is off exit 3 on I-95 in Kingsland Georgia. Larry is the owner, their phone is 912-510-9240.

still available, no takers yet. it's about ~45 minutes from south jax .
call him up, and he might make you a good deal on a TC. He REALLY wants to get the Jax performance street cars up there. He's already building some of the Pecan Park full race cars.
he says the newer hot cars are just more fun to work on than the everyday stuff.
