Room For Rent - Sarasota, FL
I'm throwing the bane of my existance out of my house this month. Anyone in the Sarasota area looking for a place? Right near the bay in a decent neighborhood. 20 minute bike ride to the beach.
2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath. Large washer & dryer included.
Large living room, good kitchen (halogen stove
) and dining room. Big yards that I need to go mow this morning. Screened patio. Best off, it's a HOUSE, so no speedbumps or anything.
Must enjoy the company of 2 cats that are about a year old, indoor only, flealess, and friendly.
I have upgraded 1MB/sec cable in the house avaliable for internet, and a 120" television for parties.
Only one spot in the carport, but I'm planning to cover and gravel the spot next to the CP so we can both park in the shade.
Rent is $410/month, utilities come to about $150 tops (summer w/AC on all the time).
Aside from some unpacked boxes, I keep the place pretty clean. My room's a mess, but the house stays clean. Thank god for Swiffers All terrazo floors, no carpet. Easy to maintain. I use throw rugs though in my room and living room.
NO SMOKING! NO DRUGS! Alcohol is fine. I have a drink now and then, but you'll never see me drunk. Other than that, it's a clean household.
