I'm up for meeting anywhere, it'll be the first time I take my T/A our for any kind of racing. AutoX my old V6 bird and dad's 74 Vette and did quite well, hope to do the same this weekend.

 

I apologize Eric, you must have recieved misinformation somewhere along the way. The smallest number wins. Like golf, not baseball.

As far as my clutch goes, it should be fine. I got on it a few times this week and didn't have any problems. I'll just have to be careful how I shift and not slam-n-go in 2nd gear.

As far as meeting at 6:00... umm... you'd better make that 5:00.

It'd really suck to hit unexpected traffic on the Turnpike/I-75 and miss the 8:30 registration deadline. We have to get serious about the time we cut off rergistration because we want to get cars running as soon as possible.

Also, be sure to preregister online at www.martinsportscarclub.com . That'll save you lot's of time once you get there.

I will be leaving at 5:00 if anybody wants to caravan together. Just PM me or something.

 

As for pre registration do you jsut register and pay in person?

I was worried about doing it now, and wanting me to use paypal, and we all know how paypal can take some time, didn't wanna run into any problems...


5am? Maybe but dayum... their might be traffic on turnpike/I-75 but we are talking ~6am on a Sat morning

Either way I think 6am is too early anyways to get my McD's breakfast I might go with you Chuck. Better early then late... I hate rushing at track events, hence why I am usually at the dragstrip at 5:15 ish usually.

Any rough estimates on the mileage? just trying to plan some gas... if possible I wanna be running with ~half a tank. I think I wil be good, I put 10 gallons in last night after the dragstrip.

 

I am game for a 5am leave time... cool by me....or we could do 5:30... that is 3 hours till start time...give or take.... it is not a bad trip at all...i will fill up....that way you can come home on the same tank of gas...

5:30 is the absolute latest I am comfortable with. Remember I have to change tires too.

Yeah Sean and I had planned for leaving the Shell station on Rangeline and 434 in Longwood at 05:30. If you want to catch us along the way somewhere by I-4 just give me a call on my cell before midnight tonight or between 5:00 and 5:30ish and we'll go from there. If you want to catch up and have us wait for you at I-75 somewhere give me a call by 07:00ish.

Too many things... I really shouldn't blow the money(I jsut blew $130 on a LSD that I really didn't wanna buy now but fi I didn't all the distributors were gonna run out and I was looking to pay ~$300-400 for one.

Work, I need to go into work... Like serious stuff with work, I have been going in like every other day this week working on it and I cannot really risk sparing the work I can do tomorrow. Fire Marshall is coming on Monday, and there is a good chance he will Shut down my work, I really need to go in and work on some stuff.


Sorry guys for pussing out... Just really need the sleep, get my sh|t done at work, and save the money...
