Best place to get y-pipe made for LT's???
discount muffler on old winter garden road quoted me $110 for a y pipe sorry dont have their number but its in the phone book. and if at all possible when you go down there dont deal with the very large(fat) guy with out many teeth. hes just not as cool as the other guy and he wont cut you any slack on the price.
There is a Guy in Sanford His Shop is called Mr.Muffler ....... it is right OFF of 17-92 on right ...about A 1/4 after u pass over H E THOMAS JR PARKWAY ...he will do it with no cats But u have to tell him ur car is FOR RACE USE ONLY and if possible if u can tow it up there that would be better.

Guys I would highly recommend not going to any local muffler shop to have a Y-pipe made. The bends will not be Mandrel bends. The best route is to either go to a place like Takash. They will use Mandrel bent tubing and do it correctly. It might cost more but it will be done right and you won't have crappy bends. Unfortunately there is no one in Central FL with the equipment to do Mandrel bends. I would also recommend purchase a Flowmaster collector (3" in -> 3.5" out and use a reducer if necessary).

If you dont mind the drive ask the SFFBC guys who they use. I believe there was a place in Ft Lauderdale who would/could do a mandrel bent, !cat, Y-pipe. I saw some pics and it looked pretty good, they even tig welded the whole thing together.
If I decide to keep my LT's I will go down there to have another Y-pipe done since mine really sucks.

He's off Commercial Blvd. in Ft. Lauderdale. Worth the drive for quality work.
Excellent work, and built my Ypipe, and several other guys here on cz28's as well.
