window noise issue - neeed a little help

Hi all. I have a 1996 Formula Firebird. The car is nice stock shape. There is one problem i was looking for some help on. The driver side window has a annoying problem. the window is a bit loose and it sometimes rattles in the part down position.
I took the door panel off to look at the window. I did tighten the stabilizer tight to the window, but that did not fix it.
At a closer look i saw the support gm #10198211 with the plastic t looking part was broken. I did get one of those, also i have (2) front window plastic stabilizer gm # 10165402 i read is a common problem with that symptom. I am not real great at this, but i can do some repairs on my own. I need a little help as to how di i change it?
Do i need to remove the window to do this? or can it be none with just the door panel off?

I would appreciate any help i could get

thanks in advance :Scott

Shoebox has a procedure for adjusting the windows. Not sure if it addresses this specific problem, but worth a look:

thanks Injuneer, that helped with the stabilizers, but my problem was not solved. it is in the support (that is broken, or the plastic stabilizers. )

looking for information on those parts.
