motor runs good but when it starts to warm up it wants to die.

 

Something doesn't like the heat. Possibilities include:
-Accel Opti
-IC Module
-faulty coolant temp sensor
-faulty O2 sensors or wiring

Have you scanned it for codes? Do you have the software for a data log? Have you checked to see how the IAC counts respond to it when it "wants to die"? Does the deterioration correspond to the transition to closed loop?

Maybe its the "Pam forless" tune

 

all of these are new and i check everything that i can think it could be. any help or ideals would be great.thanks david

The fact that a component is new does not eliminate the possibility that it isn't functioning properly or connected properly. The Accel Opti is a prime example - poor quality, based on numerous reports of problems with them.
