No fuel pump prime... no crank...no nada

Ok guys... help me out with this.. i have been chasing this around for a while.

I tore my car apart a while ago to swap the clutch, oil pan and pump,k member and upper and lower arms. The car ran well ... no hard starting or any issues of any kind.I got the car back together and now when i put the key in and try to start it i get nothing. Both fuel pumps wont prime and the engine will not crank over. I checked the starter and its good..i used a jumper and it will turn the engine over.I have two wires going to the starter, one purple and one red, but there is a third one that comes out of the same harness that i guess is a ground wire that goes to the block...but its white? Edit (nope...its black... and its not hooked up)

With a voltmeter i have checked the Clutch switch and the Ign Switch ,both seemed to be working properly.

I need to check the TDR relay...but I cant find that ****.I looked under the dash per shoebox instructions but i have had no luck finding it.Does anyone have a pic this TDR relay?

........Im about to pull an Elvis and shoot my car...then bury it in a hole.

Help me out.. start tossing ideas this way!!!

Is the security light coming on?

How bout a possible short that blew the PCM BAT fuse on the side of the dash?

ok...i checked everything once more, checked all fuses and links...all good

now when i try to start the car both fans come one, the fuel pumps still wont prime and the starter still wont crank... my LT1 scanmaster will light for one second and then go out

this ... is really starting to **** me off.. this has to be something simple that im overlooking

maybe its a problem with the PCM ground? How is the PCM grounded?
