fuel pump fuse/relay

need to depressurize the fuel rail and injectors. Where is the relay/fuse so I can do this. Otherwise, what is the best way to do this?

Thanks

All you need to do is depress the shrader valve on the fuel rail.

You can do it the way shoebox said, it's a little messy but it works. The relay is located underneath the driver side kick panel. The "foot rest" next to your brake or clutch, depending whether you are A4 or M6.

Of course, you would use a rag to catch any fuel. That's a no-brainer.

It is a simple fix, I changed mine and didn't need to but it was so easy I didn't mind.

Somebody might not think of that since you said it and didn't mention that.

The mess free version is to depress the schrader by hooking up a fuel guage to it, then just use a catch can on the tube
