Search term: "intake rtv cure time" under the "Search this forum" part of LT1 tech.
Try it again, from any search option and let me know what happens.

Re: "search" problems

I'm still having lots of problems with search, no matter if i do it from the drop down, or the advanced search. Only been searching in LT1 tech. Havne't got it to work once, in any browser. In Mozilla, the bar at the bottom loads about 30%, and just stops and stays on the same page. In IE, it just says page cannot be displayed. No matter what the combination of words, or where i'm posting from, it is the same.

Edit: just did a search in apperance, it worked fine, but I can't get anything to work in LT1 tech for the life of me.

Re: "search" problems

I just came to the site, and used the very top pull down search and searched "injectors stock pump" and no page found. pushed back, and searched "corvette wheels" and it worked perfectly, using the exact same search method.

I go to the LT1 forum and use the search this forum, and search for "corvette" and it works great, then go back, use the same search in the same forum, and search "injectors pump stock" and no page found.

Then searched with the very top pull down, for "search problems" and it worked great, and I came here.

Re: "search" problems

I've narrowed it down to the word "stock" whenever I use it in a search, whether it be "stock wheels" "stock pump" "stock search problems" it never works. I can take "stock" out, and it works great.

Re: "search" problems

I tried searching for "camaro dimensions" first in the 5th gen forum using the drop down box then using the advanced search page. Either way it it said "waiting on 64.65.63.61" in the lower corner of the browser and then would say "done" but the page would not change at all. Thanks for your help guys.

Re: "search" problems

Why are you still using the IP address to get to the site?
(Doesn't make any difference to the search issue, but I was curious...)

Re: "search" problems

I bookmarked it that way on my bookmark toolbar when the site address last changed, never went in and changed it. CamaroZ28.com has been my homepage since I joined btw.

Re: "search" problems

Still having search issues.

Today's "page cannot be displayed" search of the day:

"lash engine running"

Doesn't matter if I use the quick bar, advanced search searching all forums or advanced search searching only in LT1 tech.

I can only get search to work maybe 30% of the time at any given time. I search for so much stuff its hard to keep track of what exactly it is. If you'd like for me to give ya every search term that fails, I can try to make a note and post in here.
