i had a thread about this a week 1/2 ago, idk where it is now but, someone suggested to use Dot 5(i think) Brake Fluid. well i poured some on last night and let it just sink in over night. came out this morning and tried peeling some of the paint off but its really not coming off any easier.

anyone else have suggestions? i dont want sand it down because i dont want to scratch up the base. thanks.
