paint questions
paint questions
i am looking to add a new front ground effect and then have it painted along w/ my front bumper and hood. my car is a 97 (red) will you see contrast between new and old paint ? will spiderwebing be fixed ? and how much can i expect to pay for it ? thanx
Re: paint questions
no, the spiderwebbing will need to sanded out and reprimed first. then everything will need to be prepped for paint and refinished. adding a little flex additive to color and clear will help. Depending on amount of spiderwebbing, cost may be around $200 - 400. Color should be pretty close. Only way to match exactly is to blend into adjoining panels.(would add to cost)Type of paint will affect final cost also.
