Finding local distributors

I emailed Sal about finding a distributor close to me (and also asked about becoming one). In two separate emails, he did not answer my question about anyone near me in Cincinnati (only said there were none here in the city).

I figured I better ask on here rather than ask/bother him a third time. Anyone know of a good distributor of Zaino, who takes credit cards, that is close to Cincinnati?

I need some ZFX, Z-5, Z-9 and Z-10.

Hmmm, I couldn't locate a distributor in your area from my records, but you do have other options that will likely be just as quick.

One, you could order from Carl V, who serves the area right next to yours and I'm sure could get you product as quickly as anyone. Carl is a great guy too!

Or, two, try http://www.indycamaro.com/glossboss.htm They serve Indiana, which is also close by.

Can't help ya with the distributor part, that's up to Sal....

I thought the almightty Sal was really easy to get a hold of, and that he would answer all your questions with ease. Youre implying that you had a hard time? IMPOSSIBLE!

Sal is a very hard working and very busy man. He has thousands of customers to take care of, orders to fill, calls to take, emails to answer. Even so, he will usually take care of all customers. I've never had too much of a problem getting Sal on the phone or to answer an email promptly considering how busy he is.

Here's a challenge: Try getting hold of Barry Meguiar, the makers of Klasse (truly impossible), Zymol, and many others....for all product inquiries directly from the source. This is what's truly impossible. Instead you'll get a different rep each time that'll give you a different answer to the same question. For this, I'd consider Sal invaluable as far as customer service goes.

You are better off calling Sal, he gets about 200 e-mails a day and responses to as many as possible, you can usually get him on the phone during the week.

I had no trouble actually getting a hold of Sal at all. He replied to emails within minutes!!! Like MikeLS said, try getting that kind of response frm the owner of one of the lesser quality but more "well-known" wax/polish makers!

I think the problem was I had several questions in each email, and for whatever reason, he kept looking over this one.

Apparently one person in this thread has a problem with him and has to bring it into other people's threads for some reason. That's a shame.

Anyway, thanks for the references, I'll contact one of them!

Being that he gets so many emails per day, sometimes some get lost or deleted before getting replies, I am sure I would have the same problem if I got 200+ emails per day.
