CUTOUT W/ CAPI have a 3" Flowtech Cutout w/ cap. I had it removed when I had my SLP Loudmouth put on beacuse the loudmouth is loud enough! The cutout was mounted a little low and has a slight bend it in but still works fine when the cap is tightened against it. $25 shipped
