i am going to say it again.. and not just to get my post count up.. some of you are idiots since he has stated in all of the posts ive seen about the wheels that they would ship directly from manufacturer... if he was claiming he had them.. that would be different, but he never said he did.

 

I'll say it again, it is his own fault for selling his wheels before he got replacements. That is all on him. I sent his money back to him the day after I got it. He will have it back in a day or two then he can buy a set right from AFS. He said it himself, he has 2 other cars to drive so he doesn't care if his car sits on blocks for 6 months. So what's he bitching about then? He got his money back. The end.

Where are the threads from people that got merchandise from me that was not what I described? There are none. Everything I have actually sold to people has gone smoothly and people have been happy.

 

Both of you guys ****ed up that's the only clear fact. People don't know how to do good business these days. Just close the friggin thread and everybody go on their unmerry way because whats done is done and nothing is going to change especially by bickering like little girls.

Slomofo - Don't you find it weird that there is always somebody that seemingly got screwed by you even if you believe you didn't do anything? I understand that you have many satisfied business partners but IMO there is no reason for a deal to go bad if it is set up properly. I have sold many items and they have always been smooth transactions. I'm not doggin ya, but there is obviously something wrong with the way you do business and I suggest you reevaluate your tactics.

Shorgasm - How could you sell your rims man? You know I understand why you are pissed and I hate getting screwed over too (really you did not do anything wrong) but you have to take responsibility and deal with the consequences. He warned you that it was being drop shipped, you should have taken that into account. Now stop bickering and go find yourself some rims!!!! What kind of rims were you lookin for and for how much? I'll see if I can find any for sale because I sure as hell would had to see my car stuck on blocks.

Oh, wait, SloMoFo was waaayyyy over charging it seems. He was selling his for 750-850 for a set when you could have saved a ton of money and just bought them direct for 1100-1300 dollars. Man, you sure are a shrewd consumer.

I have been reading this and other posts about him. and some of you guys are missing the whole point. He was selling something that he didn't have that is fraud. I did some looking around and found out that he was buying them on eBay and reselling them here making a profit just like others have said.

So he puts this guy in a bad position and he also lied to the mods here. It is not this guys fault for selling his wheels because Slomofo has made all these great posts about how reliable he is, blah blah blah. Turns out he is not so reliable and he is not so trustworthy. You go look and he told JasonD that he only had 3 sets for sale, and it turned out he had much more than that. He was using this site to put money in his pocket. It comes down to him lying to you guys who he sold the wheels to and lying to the mods here. He used you and he used the mods and he used this site. He took money out of this site for his own gain because he was reselling and not paying for advertiser rights like he should have been. Nice to know he is in it all for himself.

People would try to warn others of what he was doing and he would DELETE THE THREAD. He was trying to HIDE what he was doing. This is the same dude who was begging people for free parts by sending out a UPS call tag to them. He would take those free parts and sell them on ebay for MORE MONEY.

Add it all up. some of you say he was smart to bend the system to make money. Theives usually are smart. There is no damn honor in what he did. It was a scheme and he scammed everyone one of you and you won't see it that way. He is just screwing everyone here for his own gain. He isn't here to help anyone but himself. It is *******s like him that make this site ****ty.

I dug deeper and I think I know who he is. He is Tom AKA "Teal95Z" the guy who got banned from here tons of times. So he won't stay away cause he was banned. He was being a reseller so he was screwing this site out of advertizer funds. He was selling parts at his own markup because he would rather be greedy than help everyone here out. Turns out this is not the only site he was doing it to.

don't say it was the buyers fault here. or that he is cool for making it work, he made it work through being dishonest. It was his fault for scheming this up and not being HONEST about it. He didn't break any laws but he sure did take advantage of this site and the people here. That is the bottom line!!!

Oh, wait, you're right.. since he's selling them for more than he paid he must be doing something wrong. If he was a legit business he'd be selling them for exactly what he invested or less, i guess.

What you're saying makes less sense with each post. You're getting angry and bent because the guy made a few bucks? How do you feel about someone paying the full 1000+ dollars when you buy them directly through AFS' web site? Using your argument of "They paid less for them than the price for which they sold" doesn't that make them criminal?

On one hand you don't want him to sell them for more than he paid for them and in the other you want afs to sell them for as much as 100% more than he is..

Your logic is flawed. You can't pick both sides of an argument and say one is right and the other is wrong when they're doing the exact same thing....

You really should think about what you're saying. If you really believe someone shouldn't be able to make a profit on what they're selling you can't shop anywhere in the country..

That's the right word to use BUSINESS. He was acting as a business reseller and screwed this site out of advertising that he should have paid. Why didn't he help the site out when he was making money like honest guys like tbyrne and thunderracing does? He didn't. He was making it sound like he was helping people with a "good deal". It turned out the only good deal was for himself. If he TRULY wanted to help people out with a "good deal" he would have just told them how to get them cheap and the members here would have all paid LESS. Instead, they paid MORE to HIM.

If he didn't think he was doing anything wrong why did he delete his threads when people would post the TRUTH? That tells you something right there!!!!

This is Teal95Z we are talking about. I found out by talking to someone who has dealt with him a while ago. He was banned from here a BUNCH of times and isn't supposed to be here now. If he is so honest and cool...why was he banned? Why does he keep coming back? I guess because there are suckers who buy from him and defend him.
