The overlays were offered for free here. He prints them & sells them.

Anyone who knows his old E-Bay user ID, report him to E-Bay.

People make scans of their gauges, then they offer them up for free for people to use Photoshop and customize them to match their car and then print them out. They are a cheap version of what you can get at macewen.net and nrauto.com and other companies that make guage overlays. He takes the free version that is SUPPOSED to remain free and SELLS them.

I found this in "that" sellers OTHER auctions

Note the teal color of the shift **** and such in the pictures.

Then look at this post:
http://web.camaross.com/forums/showt...postid=1295049
and look at the comments

Geeee....WHAT a COINCIDENCE!

Also do an ebay search on "overlay lt1" or "overlay ls1" and then when you see the search results page click on COMPLETED ITEMS along the left of the screen so see past items that match that search. Look at the similarities in the products, yet they are all by people with zero feedback and were obviously kicked off ebay. Funny...everything is the same (including the pictures) EXCEPT for the location, which changes alot. I like this one...

The location says "everywhere". Yeah you got that right! Everywhere with multiple names and multiple accounts making all kinds of shady deals.

I dont know for sure if it is him, but don't you all agree that if it wasn't it would be one HELL of a coincidence?

I think we can all consider it one more black mark against our buddy TOM CONNELL.

This company is actually some good people to deal with. like i said i guess they thought maybe him and i were in together or something. anyway they told me not to worry about the debt just to make sure if i need any parts to go through them to offset the loss a little bit. This still doesnt solve things for you Slomofo you need to pay these people!

As for the cz28 members i thank all of you, you are some good people on this site.
That's awesome, my friend. I'm glad to hear that there are still reasonable people out there. I can see that the company is more concerned with keeping a customer than helping some piece of trash further screw over an unsuspecting person. Good to hear, good to hear.

Looks like he took the picture down, but the comments are still there. Before he takes them down too, here's what he replied to bigdreamz:

Cool

I posted the link to a couple of other boards already. I'm sure others have done the same. That's why it's getting so many views.

Maybe Chris or Jason should make it a sticky for a while...

****: Impressive, the way you work around the system to make easy money at others' expense

****: Unimpressive, how you put so much time into making $8.00 per scam. If I was going to lose my integrity I would certainly charge more than $8.00. I guess we see how important feedback is when dealing on ebay. Equally as unimpressive is that you didnt take the time to make these silly little cutouts CORRECTLY. Its only a paper cutout, do it right ... People will leave positive feedback on your ebay account if you just give them a decent little paper cutout. Once you have positive feedback the skies the limit for you!! Every A4 camaro across the country will want one of your little crafts and you could even produce a do-it-at-home video. Until then, I'll wait for your scam-at-home video. Heck, I'm even interested in knowing how to make my shifter look like a teal easter egg!

He had some weak arguments a few pages back, but they didn't carry too far.

He might have even deleted his post, though...
