I swear SloMofo needs to go. I'm sick of seeing his name coming up in the for sale section. Ever since that whole zpaul2fresh8 scandal I've been weary of this guy. I only buy stuff from the board from reputable members, not pathetic weasels like this guy. SloMofo, I would trust any company over you and your shady past dealings - you obviously ****ed up. Just grow some ***** and clean up the **** you caused. I mean electronic jacking is the lowest thing you can do.

well this is one messed up scenario..........let me get this straight:
after you go the part, slomofo stopped payment to the part distributor?
the part distributor wants to be paid, so instead of going after slomofo, they are going after you???
is that right?
similar story happened to me.
i sold an item on EBAY, and the lady who won the bid payed via paypal.
i shipped her the item, she recieved it (with tracking number) and sent me an email telling me thanks for the quick shipment. then i withdrew the money from paypal.
i thought evertyhing was cool
3 months later.......i get an email from paypal.
"a complaint has been filed against you for not shipping an item, and if we decide to do so, we will take the money back out of your account to refund the buyer."
WTF!!!!...........they have access to your checking account, so you cant stop them..........the only way is to goto your bank and close the account.
so basically this lady was trying to scam me........i emailed paypal and sent them a copy of my tracking number showing she recieved it, and also her email saying she was happy, and paypal still gave me ****, saying how they would do their own "investigation" and they would decide whether to charge me or not.
i called this lady up and bitched her out and she dropped the charges, i guess she didnt think i had a tracking number to prove she got it.
after that i will never do business with paypal agian.........just the fact that they were ready to withdraw money from my account without any proof whatsoever, that is way too risky.

i didnt change my bank account (thats a big pain in the ***, cause i have so many things that are auto-withdrawn)..............but as soon as i got the lady to drop charges, i cancelled my paypal account.
if paypal thinks you owe someone money, then CAN and WILL withdraw the money right from your checking account!
i went to my bank, and they said they cant stop paypal (a stop order doesnt work, because that only works on a specific check), unless you close your bank account.

Sorry to hear about this, scamming you out of some $ is one thing, but f'ing your credit is going to hurt you for years. Do anything you can to avoid having it turned over to collections IMO.

If this company is trying to bs predator into giving them money that is not my fault. I can't be held responsible for someone else's actions. I got him the part he paid for. Regardless of what some of you think, *I* did no wrong in this situation. He bought parts from me and he got exactly what he paid for. A lot of you need to look at the facts and see more than you want to see. It's ashame that this company is bullsh!tting you, but that's not my fault. Like I said, they have no case. wow...this @$$hole again... the guy is worthless...im 17 years old and i can honestly say that I'm more mature than this SloMoFo c*cksucker...seriously tho....wow..this guy sucks...i've read countless posts of people being screwed by him....from wheels to brakes....this makes me not wanna buy anything from the board...i mean i got good deals from the board too....used SLP LM - $100....used pro 5.0 $100....but i almost dont wanna even buy anything else because im afraid of being screwed....
