Why don't the moderators at least make a sticky of bad dealings? keep it at the top for newbies...

I don't think the moderators have time to really fairly and justly judge cases and ban people from the board. If they were to do it in this case then they would expected to do it in all cases. To take on the responsibility of judging the outcome of each and every transaction that is completed here is just not feasible with a board population of 40,000. It sounds like a good route to go with at first, but if you look at what it entails then its just not feasible.

 

have the brakes been installed yet?? if not, why not just try sending them back? i know YOU shouldnt have to do that, but if you dont have the $$ to pay them a second time, it would be a cheaper alternative. it sucks no matter what though doesnt look like the slo guy is gonna come through, and you dont want a bad credit rep, so.... good luck and i hope something gets worked for you

 

Just an FYI- Moderators dont have the ability to ban people. Only the Admins do.

 

Kinda funny to see him posting on a daily basis all over For Sale and Parts Wanted sections and then he suddendly disappears... Hasn't posted in over 2 days...

Sure, could be out of town, internet down etc. etc. reasons, but what a coincidence...

Also look for him as LocoLT1Z28 on fbody.com The one thing that crooked sellers hate, is to be exposed everywhere they go to sell.

He has many on all the boards that he uses. When he screws someone, he just starts using another user name. That is why the mods admins and members don't catch on so easily. Does this sound like an honest person to you??

Check out his WONDERFUL ebay FEEDBACK. Notice how his responses to bad feedback is HIM pointing the finger at SOMEONE ELSE? Just like he does here. He got kicked off ebay and we all KNOW he is back on ebay trying to get comepanies to drop ship parts for his shady "business" so he can gouge people here. So he gets kicked off ebay and keeps coming back. Just like he does HERE and on other boards!!

I cant understand why people keep buying his junk. Or maybe I can. He uses some of his good transactions to cover up his bad ones. He even posted it. He said things like "look how many happy customers I had" or something like that. Does he mention the fact he has BAD ones? Does he mention that he gets banned from the boards and even got kicked off ebay (probably more than once)? NO. Like I said above that is concelaing the truth, which is lying.

Add up ALLLL the bullsh1t about him and realize that he is just the kind of person who will take advatange of ANY situation. For example
Did I mention this is the same aZZhole that took something that was given away for free in the appearance section, and then tried to sell it here and on other sites and on ebay so he could make money?? YES. HE DID. People were posting custom Photoshopped images of instrument cluster faces so others could download them and make their own different gauge faces for free instead of paying over a hundred for them. It was a nice thing people were doing and it was supposed to be free. So what did our buddy Tom do?? Tom downloaded them and printed them out and then tried to sell them when they were supposed to be free. He tried to sell them here he tried to sell them on ebay. Real nice guy huh?

For a while whenever someone would post that they have something for sale, Tom would PM them (how many times have you seen him say "PM'd ya") asking then if he could have it for FREE if he sent a UPS call tag out to them. Who knows WHAT he said to get them to GIVE it to him for FREE, but when they would give in and send him the part for free, he would turn around and SELL it on ebay for money! Again real nice guy, huh??

He is a shady guy who will TAKE ADVANTAGE of ANYONE.

DAMN good idea. Part of the problem is that he has so many user names it is hard to nail him down. If this company is trying to bs predator into giving them money that is not my fault. I can't be held responsible for someone else's actions. I got him the part he paid for. Regardless of what some of you think, *I* did no wrong in this situation. He bought parts from me and he got exactly what he paid for. A lot of you need to look at the facts and see more than you want to see. It's ashame that this company is bullsh!tting you, but that's not my fault. Like I said, they have no case. well they are getting ready to send me a copy of the transaction where you took the money back........so we will see and i think i made it clear in my post that i got the parts and that they were drop shipped and i knew they were........i even put a thread out you were a good seller because i had no probs with you actually one of the better people as far as commnication goes but the deal that is going on now is wrong man even if they were not going after me it is still wrong for you to jip them. so we will see when i get this transaction copy who is bsing

Did you take things that other board members made to give out for free and sell them?
Did you act as a business here but didn't pay your advertiser dues like honest people?
Were you buying things on ebay and them selling them at higher prices to unsuspecting people here?
