Guaging interest on a complete home automation system.
This automation system is manufactured by "Smart Systems Technologies" and their web site is-

This system includes the following:

2-intelligent key fobs
2-in-wall key fob readers
1-Main control panel with Power supply and battery
1-X10 chime

Main control panel with the following mgmt features:
-Programable from touchscreen or CPU with downloadable software
-System status via internet
-2 zone HVAC control
Interactive HVAC control from each Touchscreen
-Energy management
Energy management scenes that control the use of electricity
-Lighting and Appliance Control-X10 compatible

These are just a few of the feature that this very powerful panel is capable of. This panel is currently installed in my home and in perfect working order. I am going to upgrade to a higher system with color touchscreens. It has been in service about 1 year and can be seen on site if necessary. Pictures are also available. I install these and other types of systems as part of my daily job.
The cost for this system as it shows above is as follows:
New dealer wholsale $2395(This was my cost 1 year ago)
Dealer installed with warranty $5300
I will sacrifice this system for $500 OBO

I am also looking for the following parts if interested in a trade:97-00,WS6 17" polished rims, 58mm TB, LT1 heads 93-95 stock or ported(casting #374), torque arm for LT's, 275/45/17 Nitto 555R's, 10 bolt TA girdle cover, ported intake. Eibach pro kit.
