92 Toyota 4Runner SR5 4X4

well i have decided it is time to sell the 4 runner. I think it is time to get back into a jeep. here are the details. sorry for being so long but I like to give more info than needed!!

92 SR5 4door, 3.0 V6, A/T, 4X4, loaded....P/W, P/L, P/S, A/C, ABS, cruise control, rear wiper/defrost, rear heat, sunroof, tow package, running boards, privacy glass, and keyless entry.

Aftermarket it has a 3 inch lift, 32X11.5 tires(60-70%) on chrome rims(don't know the brand), vent visors, bug shield, and a REMOTE START(w/keyless entry)!!! I also have a cold air intake for it that I havne't put on yet.

the good. truck runs and drives fine and has some recent work done. I jsut put over a grand in the engine. replaced both head gaskets and all top end gaskets and seals...was loosing a small amount of coolant and with driving 190 miles round trip i didn't want to risk it. valves were adjusted and heads were checked and gone through all is in great shape. also replaced the water pump. belts and complete tuneup was done not to long ago. tranny shifts as it should with no slipping and the 4x4 engages with no grinding and works as it should. so it should be all ready to go for a long time now.

the bad. some rust around the rear wheel wells and the back bumper. body shop told me it would be less than $600 to repair it and repaint....and that is with metal not bondo. Rear ABS light jsut came on and the shop told me it is because the brakes are low and will need to be replaced soon.

now for the part that seems to scare everyone away usualy cuz they don't know toyotas. the truck just went over the 200K mark....to drive it you would never Know. I know the head gasket recall was done in 98 and many people got the whole engine replaced. my mechanic and I both think this one might have been replaced judging by how well it runs and how clean the inside of the engine looked. I can give you his number and you can ask his opinion...he was the one inside the motor!!

asking $4500 O/B/O and as always trades will be considered, but cash is prefered. can help with delivery also.

PICTURES CAN BE SEEN HERE!!! I have all these in full size if you want to see them in more detail.

I think I have commented on what a nice 4runner you have before but I will say it again. What a nice 4runner you have! LOL anyways I saw you mentioned a cold air intake and I said to myself I was not going to do any mods to my 4runner but hey a cold air intake would be strictly for better gas mileage. If it goes a little faster thats cool too, lol. So yeah how much for the CAI and who makes it? Pics?

the distance isn't a problem it is a reason for an adventure...a road trip. I have no doubt it will make it that far....could even meet you in south dakota when we go visit family there. that will cut the trip in half!!
