255lph fuel pump

I bought this close to a year ago, used it for prob a month, I thought the pump went out so I ordered a new setup, but turns out one of my connections came loose, but I still hooked the new one up and have just had this one laying around, I'll let it go for $45 shipped. this pumps supposed to be able to support motors up to 600hp at the crank. flows pretty much exactly the same as a walbro accept without the annoying whine.

Is this a direct replacement for stock LT1 or does the bucket need modifications?
