I got dinged $1K each time but that included a new set of GM gears as well. And I also needed all new bearings and such.

Don't go to Ian, the last few years he has become too high on himself and charges people up the ***, and his customer service stinks.

Try Rear-End Specialties in Langley. I don't have thier number handy, but give them a shot.

hmm lets see .. Gears are cheating, the fact that i weight less is cheating, fact that i have a 12 bolt is cheating, fact that i have traction is cheating, face that i have more hp and nitrous is cheating .. maybe none of that is cheating and ur just STUPID .. ever thought of it that way ??

i guess GM must've CHEATED to put 3.42 gears in ur car rather than 3.23 or 2.73 that go into other cars eh !?

fact that i have spent 3 times as much money as u to make my car faster is cheating ? sure buddy go play with ur own dyno friends ... REAL men race on the track, and u'll never catch up to me there... dont bother making excuses .. just face the fact that i'll ALWAYS be faster than you.

you know what .. im not even gonna bother racing u . first u'll come up with 1001 ways to put my mods at a disadvantage (roll on the hwy, roll at 120km, putting sandbags in my car cuz i spent $800 usd on lightweight racing seats .. etc) and then u'll come up with another 1001 excuses as to how i was CHEATING .. go play in ur own leauge.

well it is cheating if he wants to race me, I was gonna race him pound for pound but now he's lost weight, & got a drug so he can't feel his legs & how hard they're working.

Run what you brung if you are gunna race. If you want to keep things equal then you gotta drive the same car out at Mission and see who does better.

Gears are not cheating....just gets you to your optimal RPM range faster.

Try Mr.Transmission in North Van. Two of my buddies have had gear swaps there and have been very happy with the service, quality of work, down time and price. I think they got charged about $250 for the labour and some new bearings.
