I'm sorry, but you guys really don't get it sometimes. One of the best tracks in North America is right in your backyard and you can do nothing but complain.

 

Yeah cuz every event we get to go to gets rained out every year, sure there are many street legals but they are all on days that get rained out, there is no sense in denying it because it keeps repeating itself over & over every year.

 

that is prolly the stupidest thing ive ever heard!!! safe my ***, im sure that dude in the daytona that rolled at 150mph would be dead if he rolled into a lamp post or worse! mission has the best surface and its 100% safe, funny how i never have a problem there EVER!! i guess the track does separate the men from the muffins

Yeah your right , I should go back and line up so I can hand them some more money for an event which will be once again thoroughly screwed by greedy management . Id pay whatever for a day where I can go and get 20 passes , 200 $ . No problem . I dont have the pacience for anything done half ***!!. When they get there **** together I will go back , until then I can save up for new tires

I guess if they were keeping your money I could see calling it poor management, but its a rain check guys. If you raced anywhere from BC to Florida Thats just the way it works. You didn't have to take a risk fully well knowing the weather looked grim for Sunday.

Like I said Mission is one of the best surfaces and environmental locations anywhere, and frankly the staff has seemed great the few times I've been there. All the other Racers I know feel the same way.

I guess maybe it just takes going to what actually is a crappy track, with poor management to know the difference. How many tracks have some of you actually raced at?

i think why people are complaining is because on last sat and sun they scheduled the doorslammers on the same days as our car club challenege, and mission was late getting things going we didnt start racing till 10:00 after we got there at 7:00. and then when it started rainign at like 3:30 or something we had only gottn 4 runs in becasue we had to wait like 45 minutes for the doorslammers. it would have been alot better if they didnt double bookit. i dont think anyone was really complaining about the track itself i thought the track was awesomne on sat but just the way it is run sometimes is the *****

 

i bet the guy that lost a $100,000(?) race car was complaining about the track

 

Exactly !! I dont care about the rain because after the first day I wasnt going to the second one . A raincheck is fine too as long as they give me the full amount . When I contacted mission I was told Id get a street legal night or something similar which I told her was gay because there only 25 $ . I really dont care so much about the money , I work hard and long hours and to schedual a day on my weekend only to have them **** everything up like a bunch of monkies is gay . Ah well , Im over it , still had tons of fun chatting with all the guys and got to meet a few new members

 

I asked Rick for a rain check for a test and tune day. He said that was fine but I had to find my receiot which may be a problem.

Kurtis: You are right. If you think you will not get value for the
day - including the weather - then don't go. Mission is one of the best tracks on the continent and the policies are no different then any other outdoor event. Do you get a rain check when skiing. Golfing. Tickets to the Indy. I don't think so.

 

What's the rain check or when is the rain check?

 

Basically if you have a receipt or prove you paid, you can go another day. I asked for as test and tune date. They are NOT going to have another make up day just for the CCC participants.

 

So all I have to do is show the receipt? I think a test and tune would be fun. Thanks

 

I must say, 2 years back, the test&tune we went to was fun, & street racing Rybar on the way there was also fun, I ran a red light, Rybar's car is on the pic aswell
