ok, i wanted to know how the passenger side airbag opens, ie does the cover pop off or lift up... (i wanna mount a screen on the cover that says airbag and wanna know if its safe or not, dont want a screen hitting someone in the face if soemthing shud happen)

 

It opens upwards, so it would hit the front window

 

i know exactly how it opens

the part that sais SRS airbag or whatever explodes upwards and breaks ur windsheild, its got a harness holding it so it wont projectile into the passengers face... it ruins ur dash and the air bag comes outward

so if u have anything over that it will go straight thru ur windshild shattering it and u might end up with broken glass everywhere
