You also need to add a "Signature", with basic info about your car - year, model, engine, trans and any major mods. We can assume what you have from your screen name, but we have people here who's screen name has nothing to do with the car they currently drive.
You need to measure the fuel pressure. At idle with and without the vacuum compensation line attached to the fuel pressure regulator, and under max engine load, if you get it running. Sound like there's no pressure.
As noted above, post the specifics in the LT1 Based Engine Tech forum, assuming you have a 95 Z28.
