I don't disagree with what you are saying. I'm just saying that he's a certified emits expert and he thinks it's doable. Personally I'd still go with the legal set up and just add elec cut outs.

The slick route is with the SLP system. They come with removable cats. All you do is install the supplied straight pipe after the sniff test. Really slick is adding the cut outs to the straight pipe.

my plan is to put my cutouts on right after the collectors on my longtubes with clamps.....so then when the sniff test comes around im gonna replace them with cats.....sounds doable right?
