if all goes well i am signing a P&S agreement on a house. so i will be subrenting my room out starting April 1.

if any one is interested its on the brighton/newton line next to the newton C.C. in between oak square in brigton and boston college. its about 18x18 with 2 huge closets, 2 windows, private full bathroom in a modern condo (town estates). The condo it self is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apt. in has 2 inground pools, security, daily trash pick up. street parking, guest parking.etc..

That is a hell of a lot cheaper than what I want for rent for a roomate.

Then again, my place is right in South Boston next to the Broadway T station.

Wow, am I glad I live in Maine. My mortgage is less than that.

 

my mortgage will be about $1850 plus taxs and insurance $2200 total.
