Timing retard ?

Just wondering , on the Mallory Hyfire VI w/retard and window switch. How does the timing retard become activated. I'm sure it has a control lead but can you run it off a toggle switch and just flip the switch when you want it to retard? What I was thinking was I come off the window switch to a toggle and from that toggle to the retard control lead and the nitrous. Is that right or not. Just wondering before I buy the Hyfire

You can wire it so when you flip the switch you arm the nitrous and the high speed retard kicks in. Several of our board members have it that way. Currently mine is not set up like that because I've not got back under to wire it. It's always pulling 1 * but it's not noticeable at all.
