some N2O questions

From what i have heard in the past the safest is a wet kit, why are most kits for the lt1 dry then? I am thinking of going with the basic 75-150 nx kit but how does the motor know to add fuel if it is injected after the airflow meter in the bellows?

well,nx only makes wet kits,so you add fuel with nitrous.

dry kits send a reference signal to the fuel pressure regulator increasing pressure, and increasing fuel.
