Cool 3600+lbs + T56 + N2O=10.14 @ 135.11mph, 1.40 60'... almost there :)

well thanks to randy for again being a part of the pit crew, da wife for being the crew chief, and a couple of friends for coming from work.
i was spinning hard of of the line on all four runs, i guess 5k dumps really are hard to control with about 730 rwhp, lmao!!!!

also eternal thanks to Rob for making that awesome billet aluminum bracket for my wot switch!!!! no more n2o shutoffs

10.14 @ 135.11mph, 1.40 60' fresh bottle
10.30 @ 121.29mph, 1.40 60' bottle ran out
10.21 @ 133.89mph, 1.45 60' fresh bottle
10.66 @ 104.74mph, 1.44 60' bottle ran out

can anyone digitize this for me???? i want to send it to a friend to have put up on his site, woo hoo!!!! is all i could say at the end of that first run.
9's are a cooler/good day away, it wasn't too hot or too humid but oh well. i learned a few things about setting up the car today, one main thing is that a 10lb bottle is not enough for 2 runs, lmmfao!!!!!

kens95z28, i think i am moving up your list

9's aren't far off now... can't wait for M7
and no John H, i didn't miss a shift, ha ha!

Rock On!! Thats The Way To Get It Done My Man

If you want a really good day at a really good track when its cold, I think I have it for you.

Did you forget the Motown Muscle Import v.s. Domestic Shootout at Grand Bend on October 26th? Its bound to be colder than a well diggers *** in the Yukon that day

I will be there on W's and I think Tom K is aiming for some solid motor passes there, maybe even a nitrous pass without the brake. We shall see.

nice runs... but it sounds like you need a bigger bottle if it wont even make it 2 passes.

thanks guys,
nick, oh yeah i'll be there
Kev,

i think it'll be m7, possibly windsor day at grand bend, in sept.

blkchvyz,
you are right, anyone wanna trade for a 10lb bottle, lmao!!!!
hmmm i might just be there, i think i will bring the wifes car

95Bird, it wasn't the suspension that caused the spin, it was dropping the hammer at 5k rpm, it was the suspension that allowed me to obtain a 1.40 60'
springs and shocks are all 1LE components, the stuff that earns it's money is the torque arm, lower control arms, etc... all BMR Fabrication stuff! i love it, car leaves hard and poes perfectly straight, and if i launch to hard like i did on my last run i was actually able to bring the tail back in as i was on the throttle.
hmmm i think i need to call Brett for a K Frame, i need to pull a bit of weight out of the car.

That's a strong running ride there, congrats.

I should be moving up on it next year for sure. The heads are going to get ported over the winter time than nitrous soon to follow. I just want to be in the 11's on motor than looking for very low 11's to high 10's on bottle.

thanks Ken! i can't get over how hard it pulled. i made sure all key setup items such as fuel pr., timing, c16 fuel were in a safe mode.

i can't wait until i get it back to the track and do a bit more tuning.

should be fun!
