question

hey i want to run nitrous on my car i was thinking 100-125 shot and i was wondering a few things.
1.will i have to run anything higher octane gas to stop from detonateing
2.anyone ever completly hide a system in an f body
3.anything else i am going to have to upgrade i know i need tires those are already on the list

1) I would not run anything less than 93 octane

2) Yes, it has been done

3) Ignition, Rearend, driveshaft, and tranny.

I would definitely run a window switch, never anything less than the highest octane fuel you can get at the pump, and you're gonna want a bottle heater too. If you squeeze 150 or more, I'd mix in a little race gas. The system can be done pretty stealthy on an f-body. You can fit the bottle in the spare tire well pretty good. We actually make custom brackets for the F-body spare tire wells...

Launching on nitrous with stock parts is always takin a chance, and if you do it with slicks, bye-bye rear end... I've seen plenty of 7.5" 10 bolts tore up from 150 shot launches....
