NOS question

When you buy one of the nitrious kits for a LT1 camaro
(auto tranny), and say it has a 50hp, 100hp and 150hp jets to choose from. How many actual RWHP is each jet worth on a dyno? Rough guesses is what Im looking for unless somebody really has some common knowledge about NOS. Also what nitrious systes are the favorites out there? Abut to go with a Nitrious kit and was wondering the pros and cons of the ones that yall have came across. Please help

Usually a little less then what it says for hp, and a little more torque then it says. IE: 50 shot, 40hp/60 tq

Nitrous is torque in a bottle
