If you were joking then why did you say it ? howabout you sound gay... you dont like that huh ?? Im not being immature im being confrontational. Why should I not gett offended when basically you called me a *** for saying NOS ?? You just stereotyped people that call nitrous NOS are all ****. You should learn to watch how you voice your opinion. I hope you dont go running your mouth like that in the real world because someone will end up smackin you in the eye. And your opinion is Im an immature punk and im gay for calling it NOS....well let me put it to you this way... 1st im not gay and Id put money down your car is slower than mine. 2nd little immature punk I am not, I also would put money down you wouldnt dare say it to me in person....im not some little punk. Im a mature adult with a steady job and a faster car than yours that calls it NAWZ!

For one, I could voice my opinion however I want to. You have no say in what my opinion is and how I express it, and I will continue to express it when I feel like it. I'm the type of person that will say what he feels to anyone and not care cause it's my opinion. Second of all, I wasn't even talking to you and you had to jump in as if I was talking to you. And YES I WOULD say anything in your face cause that's me and if you didn't like it you and tried something, you wouldn't like the outcome any better!! I'm not a punk that you may think I am. If you would like to know little guy, I've spent the last 13 years going to the gym 5 days a week and I would put money on the fact that you would get hurt so don't get too froggy BOY!!

And like I said, I will continue to voice my opinion to anyone and that's my right. If it hurts your puny little feeling then go sit in your room and cry like the sissy you are!!

Angry

All Children back to the Diaper Section please...... If ya can't keep it civil I'll have to MAKE you be civil.

To the question............

I'm a proponent of the Wet Systems. Most commonly here you'll find the Nitrous Express and TNT Systems being plugged. I can't argue with either one. I personally lean towards the NX systems, but its just a personal preference.

oh yeah....NOS brand actually outperforms its competitors especially in the upper HP systems. NOS is more consistant than other system such as NX and Nitrous works.

NOS is still the #1 selling brand for a reason
Well its #1 because its the Kleenex of the Nitrous Industry. If you talk to the common non-enthusiast, they will tell you NOS is Nitrous, and all Nitrous System systems have Blue Bottles. NOS has been around long enough to have more established distribution nationwide, and now even moreso after being bought by the Holley conglomerate.

NOS has some great product just as do most of the other companies. Consistency is only up to the Nitrous Tuner. Period. Just like bracket Racing, if you have all the variables locked down, it will be more consistent. Doesn't matter who's name is on the solenoids and Nozzles. Outperforms? Also kind of a tough remark to prove. Many serious "upper HP systems" as you put it, use modified parts that in no way resemble those that you will order off the shelf, so I'd hardly give NOS credit for the revolutionary nozzle design, or other intricacies of a nitrous system.

All JM $.02, plus a $.25 gratuity.

Sorry for the angry response KTamez, but he just touched a nerve for a second while I wasn't in that great of a mood. Anyway, that is a great point that you made and that is also the reason that sooooo many people call it NAWZ. There are a lot of things that just bother me for some reason and that is just one of them.

Oh yeah another one related to cars in the same manner is the Flowmaster. I hate when i'm talking to someone about my car and they say, "So what do you got some Flowmasters on there?" AAAAHhhhh! That just erks me so bad. And it's only because those brands are like houshold names that everyone has heard before. That's also what makes it sound like they don't know what there talking about.

So no hard feelings here, I explained myself and I hope you understand my points.

Which kit is the best to use, wet or dry, and from what company. Keep in mind the car does have a 115,000 miles on it. I appreciate all the help.
When I had the NX kit (wet), I ran 12.21's on the 150 shot with street tires.... Motor was stock and had 116K miles on it....make sure you change your plugs out....I went with NGK TR55's gap and .040

Since I don't use NOS, then that must mean my NX setup is not really a power adder.........COOL! That means I'm always running NA

Hey TriPinTaZ, I'll run my car with no NOS versus your car with NOS...............I bet I still win

Considering my engine is sitting on an engine stand right now thats probably true.

However you better bring better times than 11.61 in 1/4 mile to the table if you think your going to run with me.

Car may be in shop now, but later this month when its all finished
i dont see your heavy *** impalla running with my 500HP 383......oh yeah, its going to have a dual 150HP wet NOS setup.

hmmmmm 800HP vs your impalla...Ignorance is bliss

Wet kit is much safer than a dry kit.

125 shot should get you close if not there. 125 is a good shot for a stocker too. I wouldn't go more than 150 on stock internals, your prob will be traction. Get ET streets, then you'll be good to go.
