my fuel pressure drops when spraying..

I was under the hood trying to fiuge out why my car dont hit as hard as it should.. this I think it was more traction than anything but when I was just letting the N20 spray out in the air .. (unhooked from Nozzel) I left the fuel on spraying in the motor with a 35 jet I think.. 150shot fuel pill.. and held it @3k and hit the wot switch it would drop real fast and go back up real fast (couldnt see what it went down to it was so fast) you could just tell it moved. I have a 255lph walbro intank pump.. stock fpr and inj.. new fuel filter.. is this normal???? Thanks Sean

When I read your title, I immediately thought about your fuel pump. After reading the whole message...I would check all your lines and connections. If nothing found, you may want to swap in a new regulator. If that doesn't fix it....it might be a flakey fuel pump!

I've noticed my pressure take a quick wiggle too. It's just the regulator taking an instant to close off to get the pressure back up. It's just a spring you know. Nothing weird about an instant drop and recovery as the regulator reacts to that instant flow increase. As long as it recovers back to your set pressure right away, I wouldn't worry about it.
